This exquisite group has been delighting audiences since 1987, with its unusual combination of two oboes and a cor anglais. Their unique sound provides a wealth of musical material and, for weddings in particular, is a great alternative to a traditional church organ.
Much of their music, from a repertoire spanning four centuries, has been specially composed or arranged for them and includes works from Bach, Handel and Beethoven through to George Gershwin, Stephen Sondheim and other contemporary music.
The trio has performed extensively at weddings and civil ceremonies, public and private events. Venues where they have performed include; the Banqueting House at Whitehall, London; the Savoy Hotel; the Royal Academy of Arts; the Guildhall, London for The Lord Mayor of London; The London School of Economics; The Royal College of Surgeons; the Barbican; National Theatre; Royal Festival Hall; the Wigmore Hall and at numerous private galleries.
“I am writing to thank you for providing such perfect music at our wedding at Tewin Bury farm. Everyone had a lovely time. The music was very fitting, particularly for my "grand" entrance.” Mrs C, a delighted bride |
